My name is Cindy and my Husband Brian are from Winnipeg and we have been waiting 4 years to adopt a little girl from China. We just switched to the Waiting Child program on Aug 19, 2010 and we received a proposal for a little girl in the Guizhou province on Aug 23, 2010. Her name is LiuHao and we are naming her Lily LiuHao.

Yes we are leaving from Vancouver. I guess our flight to out to vancouver is very early. Look forward to meeting you.
